Tango Kitchen and Bath – Why go out dancing?

Business Need: Introduce a brand new concept to the kitchen and bath market: cabinetry, stone countertop, floor and backsplash tile are all available for viewing and selection at one clean, bright location. So are staff designers to take homeowners in a few short steps through what is typically a complex and lengthy process.

What Up Marketing did: We designed a logo that communicated ‘clean, bright and easy’, attributes that set Tango apart from the rest of their industry. We combined a contemporary look with a dance step theme to illustrate the "easy steps" in a complete identity package that includes signage, website, stationery, postcards, and print ads. Then we ran a "Free Granite Countertop" promotion to introduce Tango to the market.

The Result: Tango Kitchen and Bath have established their showroom as a location destination far from the competition. Consumers, designers and builders are discovering that there is an easier way to navigate the kitchen and bath design process. Customers ar still turning up with the launch promotion postcards in hand and Tango’s owners are already looking for new showroom locations. Cha, cha, cha!
