Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University
Business Need: The Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) offers an MBA, an MSC in Information Technology and a number of undergrad programs. Having previously developed Corporate Social Responsibility messaging and print advertising for TRSM, Up Marketing was brought in to develop a "blitz” campaign to increase enrollment in the post-grad programs in late summer.
What Up Marketing did: Up Marketing researched
online options and negotiated the "takeover” of a prominent nationally
sponsored online ranking, building for TRSM an animated leaderboard, a
series of big box ads and info session invite "bookends”. The online
campaign also included a custom background for the TRSM twitter page,
"HootSuite monitoring, a Google Adwords campaign and training for TRSM
staff. In the process, Up Marketing introduced a new tag line for the
TRSM MBA program.
The Result: Enrolment surpassed the targets and Up Marketing is now working on an innovative out-of-home/online campaign to launch in 2011.
