Christmas Décor Toronto
Business Need: Christmas Décor Toronto is a seasonal business offering holiday LED decorative light installation services. The client wished to narrow their marketing focus to very specific areas to target larger projects and to increase the efficiencies of both sales and installation processes in the short pre-holiday season.
What Up Marketing did: Up Marketing established a website for the franchisee, separate from the central Christmas Décor website and developed an AdWords campaign to target designated areas of the franchise region of Toronto with a fixed budget based on the client’s sales and installation capacity. This campaign was monitored and revised to focus on best performing search terms throughout a 35 day run.
The Result: Traffic to the website grew exponentially. From October 17th to November 20th, 2011, the visitor statistics improved dramatically, and Christmas Décor’s appointment requests came in. On the 21st of November, the day after the campaign closed, we were informed that by the client that they were fully booked for the season. However, though the AdWords campaign was over, the business is still benefiting from it, both from continued increase traffic to the site and in that their organic search engine results now appear much higher in the listings.
